DENTIMAX SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The following table lists system requirements for the DentiMax Systems- Practice Management & Imaging. To successfully run DentiMax and utilize all of its features, it is critical your computers meet the system requirements outlined below. Please review and verify your computer systems against these requirements prior to installing or upgrading to DentiMax.

Practice Management Software Minimum Requirements:

• Intel Pentium II 500mhz
• 128MB RAM
• Microsoft Windows 98se, XP or Vista
• 60MB Free hard drive disk space
   

Practice Management Software Recommended Requirements:

• Intel Pentium 4 or higher (The Intel Core 2 Duo chip is supposed to be amazing)
• 1 Gig of RAM or more
• Microsoft Windows XP Pro or Windows Vista
• Now days, I would get 40 Gigs of hard drive space or more (I don’t think you can buy a Dell Desktop with less than 80 Giga Bytes)
   

Imaging Software Minimum Requirements:

• 400mhz  or higher processor
• 64MB RAM (128MB or higher is optimum)
• CD-ROM drive 
• Local Area Network for networked installations (TCP/IP preferred;a 100-base T network is optimum) 

Imaging Software Recommened Requirements:

• 1.0 GHz  or higher processor (faster is always better, especially for servers)
• 256MB RAM (again, more is always better)
• 40GB Hard Drive
• Name-brand video capture card* (ATI, Hauppage CD-R drive)
• 100BT or higher Local Area Network (TCP/IP Preferred)
